Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling services with The Local Dad, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial services provided by The Local Dad.

 
Estimates & Pricing
All pricing is based on the size, condition, and scope of the project. Written or verbal estimates are provided upfront and will not change once approved, even if the job requires additional time to complete.

 
Scheduling & Weather
Service dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. Outdoor services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, excessive heat, or unsafe working conditions to ensure quality and safety.

 
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be provided at time of service.

 
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible. Late cancellations may result in rescheduling delays.

 
Property Access
Customers must provide clear access to all work areas on the scheduled service date. Pets should be secured for safety.

 
Limitations of Liability
The Local Dad is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden structural issues, or surfaces that were previously improperly installed, treated, or damaged prior to service.

 
Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you have concerns about your service, please notify us within 48 hours of completion so we may review and address the issue.

 
Use of Photos
The Local Dad may take before and after photos for documentation and marketing purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

 
Service Area
The Local Dad serves Austin and surrounding areas and may travel for larger Texas projects.

 
Changes to Terms
The Local Dad reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
